Jean Mutabazi

Chief People Officer

Jean Mutabazi is a results-oriented and strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in operational management, organizational development, and people leadership. She has a proven track record of driving growth, shaping company culture, and enhancing operational efficiency in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Before joining Zep-Re, Jean served as the Africa People & Culture Director at Dalberg Advisors. Her previous roles include Chief Operations Officer at FSD Uganda, Head of Operations at Uganda’s National Social Security Fund, and EY.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jean is a financial literacy coach dedicated to using her expertise to uplift others

Jean holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and is an FCCA and CPA Uganda.
