Abdul-Razaq Ibrahim Badru

Non-Executive Director

Abdul- Razaq was elected to the Board on 16th May 2024 and serves as a Non- Executive Director. He is the current Director General (DG) of Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF) and Secretary to the Board of Trustees (BoTs).

He has over 20 years of professional and technical experience, with extensive management, strategy, planning, capacity development and business development experience across the public, non-profit and commercial sectors.

He holds a BA. In Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam, MBA. International Business Management from the Indian Institute for Foreign Trade and a Postgraduate diploma in Leadership from Aalto University Executive Education.
