Jerry Sogoli

Head of COMESA Pools & Stakeholder Relations

Jerry is ZEP-RE’s Head of Pools and Stakeholder Relations and has been with the company since 1995. He oversees the management of the COMESA Yellow Card and RCTG Pools which are critical trade facilitation instruments in the COMESA region. Jerry is also responsible for stakeholder management particularly at government level and acts as liaison between the company and COMESA. Prior to joining the company, he worked for the National Cereals and Produce Board of Kenya and private practice.

Jerry has over 27 years of experience in legal, secretarial and shareholder management matters covering a broad spectrum of skills including governance, compliance, risk management and investor relationships. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Salford and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi.
