Jan Gross

Jan Gross is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in private equity, debt funds, and investment management across international markets. Currently serving as Vice President at DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH), he leads debt and private equity investments in emerging markets, driving sustainable growth and impact through innovative financing solutions.

He has previously served as a Senior Investment Manager at DEG overseeing investment portfolios across multiple regions, managing transaction and driving value creation in partner funds. He has also held various other roles including Portfolio Officer (at Generali Investments Europe S.p.A. SGR) and Investment Manager (at DEG, Assicurazione Generali, and High Tech Private Equity).

Mr. Gross holda a Diploma in Ingenieur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin.
