Jaskiran Sandhu

Chief of Staff

Jaskiran Sandhu is a finance executive with 20 years of experience driving strategic growth, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple regions. Her extensive experience in East Africa, the Middle East, and the UK has given her a global outlook and deep industry insight. 

As Chief of Staff at Zepre, Jaskiran provides strategic and operational leadership, helping shape the company’s vision and driving its execution. She plays a key role in improving organizational efficiency and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 

Prior to joining Zepre, Jaskiran was the Group Business Controller for Atlas Copco UK & Ireland. She has also worked at Deloitte Kenya and Middle East.  

An expert in corporate governance, Jaskiran also serves as a Non-Executive Director.  

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a BSc in Applied Accountancy, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)
